What is the Octapharma-ID?
The Octapharma-ID is the email and password you created when signing up for either the Octapharma Resources or Octapharma Science Hub.
Once registered, you can use the same login details to access both platforms, making it easy to move between them without creating separate accounts.
How do I delete my account?
To delete your account, simply follow these steps:
Log in to your account on the Octapharma Resources.
Click on your profile icon in the top menu.
Scroll down and select “Delete my account”.
Please note: This action is permanent. It will delete all your data, revoke access to Octapharma Resources and Octapharma Science Hub, and remove your Octapharma-ID.
How can I unsubscribe from regular updates?
To unsubscribe from regular updates, follow these steps:
Log in to your account on Octapharma Resources.
Go to your profile in the top menu.
Navigate to the “Consent” section and click the edit (✎) icon.
Select or deselect the option to receive regular updates via email.
Once saved, you will no longer receive regular emails or notifications from us. You can update your consent preferences at any time.

Any personal data including all data in this form which you enter (collectively referred to hereinafter as "data") is stored and used by Octapharma AG, respectively the responsible Octapharma group company for the purpose of your request. You can request to be provided with information about data which we store/process about you. In addition, you have the right to have any personal data blocked or deleted, to object to the processing of your data unless the applicable laws and regulations oblige us to store/keep processing your personal data, to have any incorrect data corrected and the right to have your data transferred to a third party.
If you do not have your data deleted it will remain stored for a period of time necessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or for which they are further processed.
